Day 14: Oslo (Norway) → Kiel (Germany)

We drive 600 meters from our hotel and immediately see our ferry to Germany sitting in port.

Our ferry to Germany

We join the queue to check-in and board the ferry. It is much busier then it is during winter.

In queue for ferry

This is the first time we've seen our Taycan described as a "small car".

First time I've seen our Taycan described as a small car

We're in the queue for nearly two hours and someone needs a jump start at the worst possible time!

Someone needed a jump start

We drive on-board and right behind us the deck moves up to allow larger/taller vehicles board.

The rain on the "sun deck" makes us appreciate the beautiful evening we had yesterday.

Sun deck

Though that doesn't stop some die-hards enjoy the space.

And with a belch of smoke from the marine diesel – we're away. It is a 20 hour crossing down to Germany. We hope its a smooth one.
